1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StockZip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

StockZip is a cloud inventory management service for tracking stock, locations, serial/lot data, and related operational workflows.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for credentials and all activity under your account.
• Owner accounts are responsible for team member access and permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use, abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automation against the service.
• No credential sharing outside your authorized team.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of your submitted data. We process and host data to provide the service. You may export data and request deletion at any time.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed through Stripe. Plan details are published on Pricing. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

7. Service Availability

We target reliable uptime but do not provide an uptime SLA in these Terms. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may temporarily impact availability.

8. Intellectual Property

StockZip software, branding, and documentation are owned by StockZip and licensors. Your uploaded data remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

StockZip is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties will attempt informal resolution first, then proceed to binding arbitration where permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
