Upload your .xlsx or .csv file in Settings → Bulk Import, map your columns to StockZip fields (name, SKU, quantity, location, price, barcode, and custom fields), review the preview, and confirm. The importer validates rows before anything is created, so formatting problems surface in the preview instead of corrupting your data.
