1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StockZip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

StockZip is a cloud inventory management service for tracking stock, locations, serial/lot data, and related operational workflows.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for credentials and all activity under your account.
• Owner accounts are responsible for team member access and permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use, abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automation against the service.
• No credential sharing outside your authorized team.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of your submitted data. We process and host data to provide the service. You may export data and request deletion at any time.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased inside our iOS app are billed through your Apple App Store account, and subscriptions purchased inside our Android app are billed through your Google Play account. Those purchases are also subject to the store’s own terms.

These subscriptions renew automatically, at the price and for the period shown at the time of purchase, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can review your subscription, change plan, or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your store account settings after purchase, and refunds for store purchases are handled by the store.

Subscriptions purchased on our website are billed through Stripe and are cancelled from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

New workspaces start with a 14-day Pro trial that does not require payment details. The trial is provided by StockZip rather than by an app store; if you do not subscribe before it ends, the workspace continues on the Free plan.

7. Service Availability

We target reliable uptime but do not provide an uptime SLA in these Terms. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may temporarily impact availability.

8. Intellectual Property

StockZip software, branding, and documentation are owned by StockZip and licensors. Your uploaded data remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

StockZip is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties will attempt informal resolution first, then proceed to binding arbitration where permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

13. Apple App Store Purchases

These additional terms apply when you obtain StockZip from the Apple App Store or buy a subscription inside our iOS, iPadOS, or macOS app. Apple requires them, and they apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.

• These Terms are an agreement between you and StockZip only, and not with Apple. StockZip, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to run it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• StockZip is solely responsible for maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for it.
• StockZip is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• StockZip, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• If a third party claims that the app infringes their intellectual property rights, StockZip, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when you use the app.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept these Terms, have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• The app is provided by SIMPLIFY STANDARDS SDN BHD, A-5-9, Level 5, Block A, Empire Tower, Jalan SS16/1, SS 16, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Questions, complaints, or claims about the app can be sent to contact@stockzip.app or to that address.
