Which integrations can I use right now?
Two integrations are available today: the OpenClaw AI agent, which lets you manage inventory by chat through a scoped StockZip API key, and CSV import/export plus our REST API for connecting any other system. QuickBooks Online is in staged early access.
Is the QuickBooks integration live?
It is in early access. The QuickBooks Online connector is built and sandbox-tested, but we are switching it on account by account. It pushes StockZip invoices and purchase orders into QuickBooks Online, matches customers and vendors automatically, and skips documents with mismatched currencies rather than syncing them incorrectly. Join the early access list and we enable it for your account as the rollout reaches you.
Can I ask Claude or ChatGPT about my StockZip inventory?
Today you can manage inventory by chat through the OpenClaw AI agent, which connects to StockZip with a scoped API key and works from WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. A direct Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector for Claude and ChatGPT is in development and is not yet available.
Does StockZip integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, or Zapier?
Not yet — these are on the roadmap, and we prioritize integrations based on real customer demand. In the meantime you can move data in and out with CSV import/export or build a custom connection with our REST API. Request a specific integration from the demo form and it directly influences what we build next.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are included in the relevant paid plans at no additional cost. CSV import/export is available on every plan, including Free. The QuickBooks connector is a Pro-and-up feature, stated up front.
Can I export my data manually?
Yes. You can export your inventory and movement history as CSV anytime, which works for manual imports into other systems while more integrations are being built.
